> **Pros**: On the client user side I think it is visually appealing and easy to use. And on the admin side reports provide needed info.

> **Cons**: We have received feedback that our jobs board isn't always populating with relevant jobs. If we could get our board populated with anything related to the outdoor industry, summer camps, primary \& secondary education (K-12 both private and public), higher education (colleges, universities, vocational), gap year programs (i.e. "Semester at Sea"), adventure/outdoor/environmental schools,  social work, therapy, park ranger, trail guides, facilitation, organizational training and consulting, positions related to social justice, addiction and recovery, challenge/ropes courses, leadership development, mental heath, museums, parks and recreation, residential treatment, service learning programs, therapeutic adventure and wilderness therapy, wilderness adventure programs.

> **Pros**: What I liked about it was that it wasn't our previous software company.  I liked that it could integrate easily into our website.  It had all the basic functions for a job board that we needed.  They were lovely to work with when we launched.

> **Cons**: Our members, the end users, struggle constantly with it.  Recently there was an upgrade and the job board no longer talked to our membership database.  Because this is a revenue generator for us, it meant lost $ for us until we realized something wasn't right.  We get tons of complaints that it is harder to use.  When they make changes they don't often communicate them.  Also, many times I have been left hanging on their online chat.  The product, when it works, is a great solution if you don't have an integrated solution available through your website or CRM.
