> **Pros**: It wasn't overly difficult to use.I liked the data controls, and the 'room' ownership functions

> **Cons**: The cost, just that generally BOX does it all better for less, as a result we stopped and went back to BOX.They advise that the payment structure is based on 'pages', not MB.If you use the data room system to transfer small files once or twice it's fine, but need to transfer a video? Forget it, it'll probably cost you your firstborn or a kidney.

> it was fine up until we realised there was a charge for just storing data on the site.In box you can essentially use it like google drive, and just store the data in a folder until it needs to be called upon by whomever.I genuinely wouldn't recommend doing that with smartroom.Quick transfer and delete - fineDocument store - avoid at all costs
