> **Pros**: We use Method as our CRM because it integrates properly with QuickBooks Desktop, which was a major requirement for our business. Unlike many CRM systems that offer only limited syncing, Method gives us a reliable connection between our customer management and accounting processes.&#10;&#10;What makes the platform especially valuable is its flexibility. Anything that doesn’t sync out of the box can be fully customized and mapped by the Method technicians to fit exactly how your business operates. That level of customization has made a huge difference for us because our workflows are not standard, and we needed a system that could adapt instead of forcing us into rigid processes.&#10;&#10;The Method team has been excellent to work with throughout setup and customization. They took the time to understand our needs and tailored the CRM around them, making the whole system feel purpose-built for our company.

The search bar is very sensitive to small misspellings, spacing issues, or missed punctuation, which can make finding records frustrating at times. A more forgiving or predictive search feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency.

> **Cons**: My main issue is that when you want to add a recurring booking in a schedule the default end date is the next calendar year.  It's easy to overlook the year when only booking something that lasts a few days or weeks.

> Method support staff is great.  Every issue we've ever had has been addressed quickly and thoroughly.  Following up with a phone call after the issue is resolved to make sure all aspects of our concerns are addressed is an added touch not commonly found in CRM customer support.

> I asked for a refund before any work began and my rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], stopped responding. After multiple attempts I had to email a general inbox just to get reassigned to \[sensitive content hidden\]. Then their team lead, \[sensitive content hidden\], got involved and offered no solution beyond quoting policy. Method refused to refund a deposit for customization work never executed. Be careful—what they sell and what you get are very different.
