> **Pros**: What I like most about Caretime is the help function. It can help you answer just about any issue you are having. And if you can't find the answer, the customer service team is very helpful. I also like that it's a basic platform for a company who is starting out.

> **Cons**: What I like least about Caretime is the overall functionality. The wording of some stuff just doesn't make sense. I find calling a client the "job" very confusing. When you are working on billing, it doesn't signal errors or anything. It would be more helpful to signify a mistake that is made or a box that needs to be filled in. And if a box doesn't need to be filled in, or even used for billing, don't include it at all. It makes it very confusing.

> Our agency has used CareTime for over a year, and unfortunately, it has caused more frustration than efficiency. The software itself is often glitchy and unreliable, which forces our office staff to spend excessive time troubleshooting instead of focusing on their actual work.&#10;&#10;Customer support is another major issue — the phone number provided keeps you on hold for more than 10 minutes before disconnecting, and even our caregivers struggle to get through when they need help. For a platform that’s supposed to simplify operations, it ends up creating more work for everyone involved.
