I feel very supported by our Axero partner and also by the ticketing system. The team is very open to solutions and requests. The platform is also very powerful, with lots that can be accomplished through it. The training resources are also extremely comprehensive. The option to also make pages public or private and to change those settings has been very valuable. > > **Cons**: Some areas are not as user-friendly or intuitive as one might expect. For example, some aspects are drag-and-drop but many are not. It's not easy to copy/paste widgets.
