Personally, I like to pick Achievers simply because the redemption reward value is not discounted as much as other online products, but also the redemption process is simple, easy and secure from my experiences. Also, I always received the online gift cards within one hour from Achievers. I have also recommended my colleagues to pick Achievers gift cards which provided flexibility on choices to spend on using the gift cards. > > **Cons**: The least I like about Achievers is that I print a either hard copy of the Achievers gift card or keep the soft copy in my email. To print a hard copy, I need keep the paper copy, and stuff the A4 size paper inside my wallet. To keep a soft copy in my email, I need search around my emails on my phone. Another issue I’ve encountered is being logged out frequently, which interrupts my workflow and leads to unnecessary delays. It would be much more convenient if I could stay logged in for a longer duration of time. Additionally, the recognition values our organization has put in place can be a bit confusing. I’ve noticed quite a bit of overlap between the different categories, which makes it difficult to determine which one best fits the recognition I’m giving. The lack of clear distinctions between them can lead to some uncertainty, and it would be helpful if these categories were more clearly defined or streamlined to reduce any confusion.
