> **Cons**: We are a busy office so we try to maximize our time with the patient treating the patient, not completing a note.  There is a tension there that ClinicDr is aware of and is constantly making it easier to get both done.

> It has been very good.  We think we have finally found a company that will address our needs into the future.

> **Cons**: Every thing that our practice had had difficulty with has been trained on or fixed to meet our needs.

> Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team with Clinic Dr. actually hears what we have to say and takes our needs into consideration while making sure it's easy for us to be in compliance with insurance. I couldn't ask for a better system to manage the practice.

> **Cons**: The a la carte billing tends to get a bit pricey for clinics performing a lot of line items, out of network billing and litigated claims.  We were still paying billing personnel full time to correct claims which made it a little expensive for us

> Support was always available.
