First and foremost. The user experience is good. the teams enjoy using the tool.

Compliance level, validation level and system availability are absolutely OK.

the team spirit of the BSI team is great. Short response times, solution oriented ticket responses. F2F meetings to plan for upcoming major updates.

the system has a full eTMF integration and APIs to many other systems, which enables data integration across systems.
•Functionality
Complete CTMS with nice additional features, such as investigator payments, training document management, ...

> **Pros**: Comprehensive and customizable tools.  The support team is awesome\!

> **Cons**: Integration with eDC systems is not feasible within BSI support alone. Batched TMF files cannot be imported.  Ad Hoc changes in TMF folders require manual modifications.

> As users, our experiences are very good.  The early learning curve is comfortable and not steep. In general, the system is easy to maneuver and manage with flexibilities for customization.  We had occasional hiccups when beginning to use the system, but that is part of the learning process\!
