> **Pros**: User interface, functionality and speed (of cloud version that we use).

> **Cons**: The old user interface and search method/syntax was a little clunky at first but has since been improved significantly.
> 
> Cryoserver has helped our business on several levels. As well as acting as a backup/archiving solution to Office 365, it allows us to restore emails (and folders) that users have deleted, allows us to quickly search imported PSTs and old user mailboxes. Gone are the days of manually searching old PSTs and the search is much more efficient than trying to search within Office 365.
