> **Cons**: Sometimes the dashboards take time to load and if there is a lot of traffic site slows down. Also data is not connected to our HR systems, and there can be discrepancies with data, if we don't audit.

> The HRsoft team is very hard working and respond and solve issues quickly. The system is easy to use. Just the site can be glitchy at times if there is alot of traffic in the site.
