> **Pros**: We have utilized ETM for quite a few years and the value for the money, while getting a level of customer support that no other package provides has been immense in ETM bringing a new level of efficiency to our operation.  Its ease of use has made it possible for ECIRM to effectively track and maintain everything from training needs to DOT Driver Files.  The accessibility across platforms also is great as we work in diverse environments and areas of the Midwest
