> **Pros**: It's very easy to navigate through on both the computer and on the phone app. Stats are easy to extract from the software. the program is tailored to what we need.

> **Cons**: At first when entering info on the phone app, the program was jumpy, but then I realized, as soon as I opened the program it would sync and once the sync was completed, no issues at all. Now I open the program wait 10-15 seconds for the sync to complete and then proceed.

> My overall experience with E-compliance is very positive. I would recommend other companies to use this program
