There is no way to communicate directly from an individual, as all communication originates from the institution. Additionally, I am not a huge fan of the design of RecDesk, as it feels very dated. > > I am a big fan. We've used other, similar software, and we've grown to like RecDesk for the ease of use. Part-timers can pick up the software easy. It is NOT a singular usage program for a community center, though.
