Globoforce ACE Review
Pros:
Covance uses this software by Globoforce to recognize those "Achieving Covance Excellence" by sending monetary rewards when co-workers go above and beyond their job requirements. It is an excellent way to reward good working behavior and to encourage positive performance in the workplace. Software is easy to use also.
Cons:
No complaints; I think every corporate company should utilize this software to keep their employees motivated.

Social Recognition!!!
Pros:
First of all, the statistics show you that social recognition is a key driver in employee performance and culture in this day and age. I can 100% agree - my team and others in my organization can attest to the fact that this is a feel good product that engages employees, drives collaboration, and employee performance has continued to increase since we have incorporated WorkHuman.
Cons:
I cannot think of one single thing that would detract from this. I gave it all 5 stars and have been promoting WH as long as we have been using it!

Recognitions for employees
Comments: Globoforce has helped me to provide incentives and small rewards for people working in sales and customer service reach their quotas. This has improved the working environment.
Pros:
What I love about function Globeforce is the power allows access to all functions of recognition through mobile devices. Employees can access and comment on the recognition feeds and even redeem rewards directly from their devices. This is just great.
Cons:
A disadvantage is that Globoforce focuses on management and recognition of employee talent, and perhaps companies seeking basic functions of human resources and payroll, among others, will have to consider other solutions.
