I really liked the system for scheduling appointments with candidates, even though these appointments cannot be executed online, I consider that this function was essential for us to be able to book an appointment with the candidate and thus interview him correctly. I also liked the job ad creation system, this system allows me to turn ad off and on when I want to search for new candidates, I can search for candidates without having to create a new ad, that's great. > > **Cons**: Currently this system does not have a function to carry out online interviews, this is very necessary function since there are some candidates who prefer to carry out their interviews without physically showing up at our offices for an interview.
