> **Pros**: The reports are easy to read, data entry is straight-forward, and reports are easy to customize.
> 
> **Cons**: The fees are way too high. This is after a large initial purchase price. The system was fine 10 years ago, but it is far surpassed by any of today's EMR offerings. We are replacing it this year with a full blown EMR, as it is hindering our change to a paperless office. It also does not interface well with newer products.
