> **Pros**: La simplicité d'utilisation est le principal facteur de notre utilisation de ce logiciel. Autant nos infirmières que nos secrétaire se sont rapidement acclimaté. Le portail patient est pratique et facilitant dans la gestion des demandes quotidienne.

> **Cons**: Le lien entre Medesync et le logiciel de prise de RDV en ligne n'est pas facile. La programmation est plutôt complexe et demande une bonne compréhension des paramètres. Il n'est pas non plus facile d'avoir du soutien technique à ce niveau.
