Reviews of Docusign

Docusign - for streamling contract signing.
Comments: It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need, which I appreciate, and it gets the job done efficiently. Overall, it’s a good option for streamlining contract signing.
Pros:
We use Docusign to send PDF Terms of Business to clients for signing. Works really well and is a straightforward process. The client can read and then digitally sign the documents. We then both receive a copy of the signed terms. You don't need to be tech-savvy to use Docusign.
Cons:
It has been difficult to get through to customer support a couple of times, but I think that may have been a one off busy period.
Trusted signing application
Comments: Overall, it has been a great experience. Docusign allows us to "personalize" all of our documents.
Pros:
I like that I can add special features like my branding to all the emails sent to my customers. This allows them to ensure that the documents are coming from a reliable source.
Cons:
It does not integrate well with ServiceNow
Docusign overcharged me $300 and they did admit it but would not refund
Comments:
I was a member of Docusign since 2019. I paid them as a single
user $300 a year for using their services. I found out that
they double charged me for last years membership. I called
and talked to them and they did admit that they overcharged
me $300. But they would not be able to refund me the $300
because their company policy is to not refund money even
though they admitted that they made the mistake.
I did end my membership with them on 11-1-2024. I have a
problem with a company that treats their customers like this. I
have a problem with dishonest companies that do not stand behind
their word. I looked up online and found that they are not a
Better Business Bureau member and I see that they have 183
complaints in the last 3 years. They have 82 complaints just in
the last 12 months.
I searched online for another service that could do the same
thing that Docusign was doing for me. and I found a new service
called Adobe sign. Basically I have clients that signs contracts.
I use their “request e-signatures service”. They actually
do a better job than Docusign did. I was able to use their trial
services for a few days before I became a member. I pay them
$13 a month and there is no limit on how many e-signatures I
receive from clients.
Pros:
Using E signatures. I was a member since 2019
Cons:
They double-charged me for my yearly membership fee

Docusign is especially an incredible time saver, as a managing [sensitive content hidden], timing is critical in all the strategies that we put forward and Docusign facilitates smooth and paperwork approval and submission. Even our non technical clients are able to use this platform because it is far to simple. Additionally it keeps a clear record of all our paperwork without any manual efforts of printing, signing, filing. I'm the last financial year statement, I realised that we had a revenue boost of upto 47% which was a result of reaching out clients digitally and cutting on printing papers and ink toners.
Pros:
We settled with Docusign because of its many top advantages. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate it's intuitive design even for our least technical team members and clients and this makes digital approval of large volumes of pages a breeze. This technology is affordable and even better it cut the cost of it printing, scanning and manually signing. To ensure nothing slips off the crack, Docusign enable us to set automatic reminders to keep us updated and notify us when we need to sign a document. It also gives visibility of the status of documents signing process. I really appreciate that, Docusign really value security. Authentication and encryption of documents make them tamper proof and ensure that just the right people access them. This enable us to comfortably use sensitive business documents on Docusign and it has really hastened administrative tasks

Slight wall of text style aesthetics - menus can be slightly cluttered.

Easy to Sign app.

Pros:
It's very easy and take me to the place where to sign instead of reading the whole document.

DocuSign Review
Pros:
What I liked most about DocuSign was its seamless ability to streamline the document signing process. The intuitive interface made it easy to upload, send, and sign documents from anywhere, significantly reducing the time and hassle associated with traditional paper-based methods. Additionally, its robust security features and compliance with legal standards provided peace of mind, ensuring that all transactions were safe and legally binding. The integration with various business tools and platforms further enhanced productivity, making DocuSign an invaluable asset in managing workflow efficiently.
Cons:
What I liked least about DocuSign was the occasional complexity of its pricing structure. For small businesses or individual users, the costs could sometimes seem high, especially when only a few documents needed to be signed each month. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, certain advanced features could be difficult to navigate without proper training or support. The integration with some third-party applications occasionally presented challenges, requiring additional steps to ensure smooth operation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall benefits of DocuSign still outweighed the inconveniences.

Few bugs and some overly complicated features
Comments: Docusign has been improved over the years - it is now a must software in our industry. There are still some issues with layout of documents being imported from PDF and minor bugs. The preview feature needs improvement since it doesn't show the end result to all the recipients.
Pros:
Templates to upload, quick share, easy edit, easy adding of multiple recipients
Cons:
Hard to amend the signed document, customer service is really not there, some easy tasks are presented as very complicated and require multiple steps that takes way too much time when a document needs to be delivered quickly
DocuSign is a Must-Have for HR Professionals!
Comments: Initially, I was concerned DocuSign might be, like other programs, too complicated or labor-intensive. I was pleasantly surprised to see that DocuSign is incredibly user-friendly and has many built-in time-saving features. Whenever I have to send or review a document in DocuSign, I am able to get in and out in less than five minutes. I wholeheartedly endorse the product.
Pros:
I love the fact that you can customize your own templates in DocuSign. Since many of the documents we send out are repetitive, being able to customize a document once (with its multiple signatures and other fields) and using the same template for subsequent document delivery is a huge time-saver.
Cons:
I don't have anything negative to say about DocuSign. It's done everything I have needed it to in my role as an HR professional.
Clearly makes e-signature easy
Comments: Firstly Docusign is moving us closer to our goal of being 100% paperless,It saves us time and postage fees and most importantly keeps everything very organized.
Pros:
Very intuitive and easy to use interface that makes it easy to send documents to clients and for clients to sign.It creates an electronic paper trail that allows us to follow up on a document and keep track of it.
Cons:
Docusign should have a feature that allows us to store an e-signature
Service Agreement Simplicity
Comments: At one point, we had an issue with envelopes, because we have two lines of business. Though I didn't handle this matter personally, I understood it to be a challenging experience with customer service before finally reaching resolution.
Pros:
It's very easy to upload different templates of our service agreement to ensure we remain organized, and use the appropriate terms for the intended demographic we're doing business in.
Cons:
There needs to be a way to organize finalized documents. Currently, we're pulling old documents out of the emails that were used to sign them.

Docusign is very easy to use and makes managing contracts very simple.
Comments: DocuSign tackles the fundamental problem of delivering and signing digital documents; in my case, it assisted me in resolving the issue of inefficient and time-consuming document workflows in businesses and organizations. Docusign solves the problem of people signing papers without having to print, physically sign, scan, and email them; this method is inconvenient; Docusign handles all of the work for you. DocuSign is one of the few electronic signature solutions that is generally recognized and utilized in numerous sectors and government agencies.
Pros:
Docusign is extremely simple to use, allowing you to just point and click and, if required, effortlessly submit and forward without having to recreate the document being delivered; virtually any agreement can be signed electronically across all business sectors and industries. DocuSign eSignature removes the expenses associated with printing, mailing, and storage agreements; it is also extremely simple to use and secure. With the aid of connectors, we can automate the majority of the human labor. Docusign makes doing business easy with digital contracts that are as good as paper and can be delivered to individuals all over the world.
Cons:
Despite the fact that the method is extremely basic, I had difficulty integrating it with the servicenow application engine, I would also like a nice user manual, the absence of instructions and articles exacerbated my aggravation. I also believe that the possibility to modify forms might be made a bit easier; editing papers and adding new fields may be difficult.
DocuSign Is essential when dealing with large or even small contracts. with a caliber of professiona
Comments: My overall experience is great. It's a company that does everything as advertised Is an industry standard. for many industries. Again, like real estate, energy, medical, even the government as well as others.
Pros:
DocuSign seems to be very easy to use. It's again one of the standards for documents and contracts digitally and electronically sent and signed. and recognized by many industries, including the government and medical, as well as real estate and energy..
Cons:
I don't really have too many cons or actually just only one. I wish their pricing could be a little better. It's affordable, definitely. within small bit small or medium sized business, but it can be a little pricey if you're doing more than 10 or 20 contracts a month.
10/10 for anyone in Sales!
Comments: I couldn't live without docusign, it has helped me close multiple deals

Docusign makes signing contracts with clients a breeze if they are interstate or late at night
Cons:

Streamlining Electronic Signatures
Comments: Solves my needs I've a positive experience with DocuSign basically its ease of use and efficiency in managing electronic signatures. However, the only concern is regarding pricing
Pros:
We primarily use it to send out investor agreements electronically, which has expedited the signing process. We also buy a lot of new tools for our daily OPS so before onboarding a vendor our team use it to send documents to multiple stakeholders for signature, ensuring that we can onboard new vendors quickly.
Cons:
Feature wise none, but as a startup we find the pricing structure a little over budget.
Intuitive and easy to use
Comments: Using Docusign has improved my overall experience with signing documents in general. It is always my first option when opening a PDF that needs editing or signing, and it has simplified my daily life.
Pros:
If you regularly sign documents and your company uses Google Mail/Drive, using Docusign is a great way to easily sign and send documents. It takes a few minutes to set up your signature and you are ready to go. It also offers minor ways to edit PDF files which is helpful so you don’t have to flip between other programs or apps.
Cons:
Sometimes the movement of the text box is a bit counterintuitive but it just takes some getting used to.
