> **Pros**: DocuSign is the industry standard for e-signatures which is why we choose to use this product. Many of our team members and clients were already familiar with the product which made the ease of integrating it into our workflow relatively seamless. Furthermore, the security and compliance was important when researching products. DocuSign provides encryption and most importantly to us, audit trails.

> **Cons**: As an admin, there was a learning curve during set up. Templates and workflows can be difficult to set up at first, however once set up, they are simple to replicate. Unfortunately, there can be issues and bugs which often times can be traced back to how the client is trying to open/e-sign but it can be difficult to explain virtually.

> Overall, DocuSign is a great product for ensuring compliance, and audit trails while also simplifying processes internally and for clients. Allowing our clients to sign documents from where-ever they are as increased the speed of the workflow as well as client satisfaction.
