It is very easy to navigate and provides a great visual with the calendar view to help stay organized. I did run into a scheduling issue where my shifts were not appearing but their customer support fixed the problem within minutes. > > **Cons**: Although their customer support was great in assisting this issue, there were multiple times where my work days were not scheduled and I had to go to my managers for my shifts.
