For a company running trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment, having everything organized in one place feels like a lifesaver, especially since we were flying blind before. Security-wise, we have never had a concern, the system feels stable, safe, and professional. Overall, the value for money is solid. GPS and telematics data from One Step GPS does not reliably update within Fleetio, which undermines one of the core benefits we were expecting from the platform. Having accurate, real-time vehicle data automatically populated in the system was a significant part of our decision to adopt Fleetio, so this has been a notable disappointment and something we hope to see resolved. > > Overall, our experience with Fleetio has been a positive one.
