I used Yapi at a previous office and brought it over here and everyone loves it\! It is one of our most valued software programs. Yapi keeps our day on track with its scheduling and communication features. I cancelled my subscription by emailing the billing department and I also spoke to my client manager about canceling. They continued billing my credit card. After I called to complain I was told I should have signed a termination letter which my client manager never mentioned when I spoke to her. The lack of effective communication and incorrect billing is frustrating. I hope the company after reading this review will take the necessary steps to correct my account > > The service was good.
