They worked with us on development and were responsive when asked. > > **Cons**: Their business tactics are not aligned with customer service and generating a positive review. When the fit was no longer there due to our in-house initiatives, they refused to waver on their renewal notice which was 60 days and we were outside of, and billed for the annual renewal with no attempt to meet in the middle. I find these tactics predatory in the extreme, and it has completely changed my perception of their organization. If you want to use them, bite the bullet on the monthly fees so you don't have someone telling you send them the money and they don't care about anything else. > > Soured beyond belief.
