> As far as e-discovery tools go, Servient is fairly easy to use once you've had some training. It took me probably a few hours of working with it before I felt very comfortable.The redaction tool is a bit difficult to work with, so that could be improved. I like the option to tag documents with my own description--that is very helpful. Last, I recall that it seemed expensive compared to other similar tools with the same features.
