> **Pros**: Great customer support and always quick to respond to and resolve issues. Excellent approvals process which allows content to be marked with high, medium or low priority and allows the approver to edit the content before approving it.
> 
> **Cons**: Templates were quite restrictive, for example, you couldn't build a page using different elements - I think this was due to the version of iCM we were using though. There was no 'drag and drop' functionality and the document/media library was in a separate area of the CMS from the web pages and a bit clunky to use.
