Virtual Terminal For POS Machines Till Integration
Comments: In overall, it is a very effective software for till integration where if your Echo Test is successful giving off a result eg. 800 value, then you know your pos machine is ready to make transactions.
Pros:
I like that when we are visiting merchants to install their Till Integration, a Virtual Terminal helps test if the machine has been successfully installed by doing an Echo Test. When the test is not successful, I like that you are able to see what error code it gives and one can determine what type of error it is.
Cons:
I dislike the fact that with poor or no Internet connection, the pos machine won't work and the virtual terminal won't even respond which is inconveniencing businesses. As part of the Pos team, we can't declare our installation successfully if our virtual terminal isn't working because of poor Internet connection.
