> **Pros**: -The ability of the system to adopt the companies record classification scheme was quite astonishing, all company departments and sub-units were catered for which enabled proper file indexing archiving.
-Ability to store and track individual customer files with great ease is a big relief for the organization. Retrieval of customer files SLA dropped from 5 days to 5 minutes with the support of the FileTrail Physical Document Management System.
-The system has enabled capabilities to manage retention and disposal of records as per their life cycle, abilities to trigger notifications for records due for disposal is a big plus and a great tool for records management professionals like me.

> **Cons**: -Integration with core banking systems should be made easy with zero risk to customer information.
