> Overall the product has a wide range of services and works well.  There are needs that emerge with our changing customer base that would be great if we could more easily address (ie the signing up/sitting on multiple activities supply and demand issue).

> **Cons**: The reports are very limiting. And the service is horrific. I can't tell you how many times we have reached out to customer service just to set up a credit card reader or to resolve an issue of a missing check and we get no response AT ALL or a very delayed response. In what world is that acceptable? Find another system, these folks are not where it's at.
