> **Pros**: Its ease of use. Very flexible and the report ability is fantastic.  Its a windows based product.  its very compatible with NG 911 systems and NG 911 mapping software.  You use command line or drop down boxes.  Its layout is very configurable.  It has proven to be very user friendly even with personnel who may not be comfortable with a computer.

> **Cons**: There are not many things wrong with this product.  It would be nice to have localized mapping component or an ability to do a call back from a previous know location or event.

> Ease of operation.  Logistics are easy to account for and manage.  its an excellent data base that allows for everyone to use and monitor.
