What the $69 covers. Unlimited members, unlimited classes and unlimited bookings. Every feature is included: class scheduling and recurring series, a branded booking page, an embeddable booking widget for the website you already have, memberships and prepaid class packs, drop-in bookings and guest checkout, automatic waitlists, class reminders, digital waivers and intake forms, check-in and attendance, gift cards, discount codes and intro offers, an analytics dashboard, and member email campaigns and automations.
What is not charged. No per-member or per-user fee. No commission or platform cut on bookings. No paid add-on modules and no feature tiers. No setup, implementation or onboarding fee. No contract and no minimum term - you can cancel any month from inside the app.
Payment processing. Payments run through Stripe Connect and settle directly into the studio's own bank account. StudioBook never holds studio funds and takes no cut of a booking. The only additional cost is the standard Stripe processing rate, which is paid to Stripe rather than to StudioBook.
Free trial. 30 days free, with no credit card required. The trial is the complete product rather than a limited version: you can publish a live schedule, onboard members and take real, paid bookings during it.
Migration and support. Both are included at no extra cost. We import members, classes and existing memberships from your current platform or spreadsheet, and email support is answered by the team that builds the product, usually the same day.
Taxes and other currencies. The price is exclusive of sales tax or value-added tax, which is added where applicable. Studios outside the United States are billed in their local currency at the regional price shown on studiobook.app.

Der Support ist wirklich super und hilft auch dabei, gemeinsam eine passende Lösung zu finden.

Also habe ich lange nach einem Buchungstool gesucht, das alles übersichtlich abbildet, aber gleichzeitig nicht so teuer ist. Und genau das war gar nicht so leicht zu finden. Viele andere Buchungssysteme sind gerade für kleinere Studios einfach wahnsinnig teuer. Bei Studio Book finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich richtig gut und die geringe monatliche Gebühr ist für uns ein riesiger Pluspunkt.

Wir können dort unsere ganzen verschiedenen Kurse einstellen, die freien Plätze werden direkt angezeigt und die Kunden können selbst buchen. Auch bei der Bezahlung ist man total flexibel. Man kann zum Beispiel mit Credits arbeiten oder Kurse direkt in Euro anbieten, je nachdem, was zum eigenen Konzept passt.

Was ich auch richtig gut finde: Man merkt, dass das Tool immer weiterentwickelt wird und bei Fragen bekommt man wirklich Hilfe. Für uns hat Studio Book den Buchungsalltag deutlich leichter gemacht und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
