UltraSuper costs $79 per user per month when billed annually or $99 per user per month when billed monthly. A minimum of five users is required. It includes everything in UltraStart, plus advanced FTL and LTL carrier sourcing, live lane and rate intelligence, rate prediction, AI-powered reporting, custom user roles, unlimited integrations, and priority support. UltraSuper is designed for brokerages that need more automation, capacity intelligence, customization, and operational control.

UltraEnterprise uses custom, volume-based pricing tailored to the brokerage’s team size, shipment volume, workflows, reporting needs, and integration requirements. It includes everything in UltraSuper, plus AI that converts inbound shipper emails into draft loads, plain-English business intelligence for loads, revenue, margins, broker performance, and other operational data, custom integrations, workflow customization, custom reporting, and a dedicated implementation manager.

Integrations are included in the subscription price. UltraStart supports up to five integrations, while UltraSuper and UltraEnterprise include unlimited integrations. Major FTL load boards are included, SMC3 is available for LTL, and additional integrations can be evaluated based on the brokerage’s requirements. Customers are not charged separately for each included integration.

Every new customer receives guided onboarding, system configuration, data migration, and team training at no additional cost. UltraShip can import existing shipper records, carrier profiles, load history, and accounting data. The implementation timeline depends on the size and complexity of the brokerage’s data and workflows.

UltraShip does not offer a self-service free trial. Prospective customers receive a guided product demonstration based on their actual freight brokerage workflow. Customers can begin with UltraStart and upgrade to UltraSuper or UltraEnterprise as their needs grow. Seats can be added or adjusted as the team changes, subject to the minimum user requirement for each plan, and existing operational and financial data carries forward when upgrading.
