> **Pros**: Mentient makes it easy to find relevant conversations without spending hours searching manually. The interface is clean, setup is quick, and the real-time alerts help us engage with the right people at the right time.

> **Cons**: We haven't run into any major issues. The only improvements I'd like to see are additional customization options for notifications and more advanced filtering to make it even easier to prioritize the most relevant conversations. Overall, the platform has met our needs well.
