And , I have never before bothered reviewing any online organization.  But, this is different.  If I can save any of you from wasting your time with this service it will be worth it.

 I had great difficulty sending faxes.  Whenever I clicked on "compose fax" all I would get was my in box.  I had to play with it for 5min just to get to the fax cover page.  Then, finally when I got tired of playing with it I decided to call for tech support.  I spoke to Alina.  I told her I was using Chrome.  All my stuff is on Chrome.
The tab which was supposed to be "Compose Fax" had my name and fax number superimposed on top of it.  So when I clicked on it all I got was my inbox.  She was unable to help me correct the problem\!  She also said she had other users complaining of the same problem and spoke to the support team and none of them could correct the problem either.  So, this is totally unacceptable\!  I will switch to a another provider of fax service as soon as I can spare the time.

> **Pros**: user friendly, I did like the que part after you sent a fax but it just didn't go anywhere.  Signing up was easy.   Just not efficient to use.

> **Cons**: EXTREMELY SLOW.   It had taken 1:45 to send a fax. to let me know that the fax had FAILED.  Then it took another 45 min to finally go thru.  Contacted customer service I was told that if someone else is using the same fax number then the first user will complete their fax before the next.
