That turned into real action: I fixed the UX on two high-interest products and started recovering carts I never knew I was losing. Setup was fast and the dashboard is genuinely easy to use, no analytics degree required. Honourable mention to the support team. I asked a question about how a metric was calculated and got a real, knowledgeable answer from a human (thanks Oliver), not a copy-paste reply.
