The CRM, quoting, inventory, scheduling, dispatch, mobile crew tools, customer communication, and payments all connect back to the same job. That has saved our office team a lot of admin time and reduced the amount of information being repeated or manually copied between systems. The scheduling tools are especially useful for assigning crews, trucks, tasks, and runs. Our field staff having job details, inventory, notes, and updates available digitally has also made moving day much smoother. As below, initially we didn't think the program would be able to support a Rail/ Road orientation, and that we would still need to maintain some of the legacy programs.
