No card is needed to start on the free plan, there is no per-invoice fee, and the clients who receive invoices are never charged. Starter is A$0 per month and is a full plan rather than a time-limited trial: up to 5 invoices a month, 10 per cent GST calculation, email invoices and PDF downloads, unlimited clients, payment tracking, card payments via Stripe, automatic reminders on the first 3 invoices, 1 recurring invoice series, 3 voice invoices a month, a tax summary and end-of-financial-year accountant pack, expenses with receipt capture and owner reports, deposits and refunds, and 10 chats a month with Offsider, the built-in AI assistant. Invio Pro is A$19 per month, with an introductory rate of A$5 per month for the first 3 months for new subscribers. It adds unlimited invoices, unlimited automated reminders, unlimited recurring invoice series, invoices without Invio branding, 10 voice invoices a month and 30 Offsider chats a month. Pro AI is A$29 per month and includes everything in Pro, plus 100 voice-to-invoice dictations a month and 200 Offsider chats a month, for owners who prefer to dictate invoices hands-free. Growth is A$49 per month and includes everything in Pro AI, plus unlimited voice invoices, 500 Offsider chats a month, an embeddable Request a Quote widget for a website, an enquiries dashboard, quotes drafted automatically from new leads, and multiple brands run from one login, each with its own branding and invoices. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT to an Invio account is included on every plan at no extra cost; ChatGPT use requires the user's own paid ChatGPT plan. Card payments carry a 0.5 per cent Invio platform fee on successful card transactions, in addition to standard Stripe processing fees, and the fee is shown before an invoice is sent. Current prices are introductory: if pricing changes for new plans as features are added, existing subscribers keep the rate they signed up on. The Xero MCP connector, for working across several Xero organisations in one AI session, is a separate product with its own pricing and is not part of these invoicing plans.
