> **Pros**: What I appreciated most about BatchMaster ERP was that it brought our manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality control, and accounting processes together into a single integrated system specifically designed for batch manufacturing. The system replaced many manual, Excel-based processes with automated, system-enforced controls, improving forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, traceability, and financial reporting.
The planning and purchasing modules significantly reduced manual effort and improved the accuracy of our purchasing projections, while the Advanced QC Module strengthened our quality processes by preventing the use of non-approved materials in production. I also found the traceability dashboard to be exceptionally valuable, allowing us to quickly trace finished goods back to the raw materials, packaging components, customers, and sales orders. For a regulated manufacturing environment, that level of visibility provides tremendous confidence from both an operational and compliance perspective.

> **Cons**: Like most ERP implementations, there was a learning curve during the initial rollout, and configuring the system to align with our business processes required a significant investment of time from both our internal team and the BatchMaster consultants. Because ERP systems are highly configurable, it was important to carefully define our workflows and requirements up front.
That said, once the system was properly configured and our team became familiar with it, the long-term operational benefits far outweighed the initial implementation effort.

> Overall, our experience with BatchMaster ERP has been very positive. The implementation helped us transition from disconnected systems and manual spreadsheet-based processes to a fully integrated ERP platform designed for batch process manufacturing. As a result, we've improved production planning, purchasing, inventory management, quality control, traceability, and financial reporting.

Beyond the software itself, the BatchMaster team worked closely with us to understand our operational requirements and implement custom reports, queries, and validation controls that added significant value to our business. Today, we have greater visibility into our operations, more reliable data for decision-making, and stronger system-enforced controls that support both efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Like any ERP implementation, success required commitment from our internal team, but the improvements in productivity, accuracy, and operational control have made it a worthwhile investment.

> **Pros**: All in One Software, SAP is rock Solid, reliable and well respected.   BatchMaster running on SAP is can be customized to anything we require although out of the box it's good enough for us.
> 
> **Cons**: the SDS module built in Module is VERY cumbersome and need a COMPLETE over haul, it's slow it's tedious and often causes problems as the entire design of the module is archaic and needs vast improvement.   It should not be using WORD.DOT and it should not accumulate in size when making more than one as the resources required can crash the computer. I know there are addon SDS modules but they can be expensive and also require a lot of time to set up. If this were streamlined I would have given the system a 5/5.

> We have used BM for almost 10 years, most of the issues we have has with the software, were user errors.   The numbers in the system are unquestionable and reliable, we have a lot of faith in the system. and the support is often quick to address our problems.

> **Cons**: Document Management - would love to see more on the MSDS and essential documents that are needed for regulatory.  As well, standard reports - a better way to modify would be nice.

> Whenever we need something, have a question, whether it is simple or something that needs a little more investigation, all personnel have been available to help and assist in any way that is needed.

Issuing support tickets is easy \& most of the time are addressed promptly.

And some features such as using warehouse location, row, aisle, bin \& rack are not capable of using to setup a warehouse and assign specific areas to locate items.  We had to pay additional $ for them to manipulate the program \& hopefully it will work.

> It has been very beneficial for keeping track of inventory, including labor \& overhead costs \& valuating on hand items.  The dashboards are usually helpful but often times I have a problem reconciling transactions.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the wording used in small specific menus can be a little misleading. Using synonyms for words that native English speakers might call something else.

> Overall our experience has been positive. We had a very difficult and complex use case that BatchMaster was able to support for us through implementation. We required several complex/unique customizations that BatchMaster was able to perform.
