great release managemnet utiltiy
We use octopus in conjunction with jenkins to automatically deploy code based on rules we set up. The automated versioning is very valuable to our team as it helps various developers keep their changes in sync. Before we deployed this solution, we had to do manual code deploys , and updates were put in the wrong place, changes overlaid etc.. Now we can just kick off the jenkins script and let octopus handle the rest!
for the features I use with this utility, I have no cons. Maybe my only gripe might be to choose a slightly different font and maybe a less white background. But that is just nit picking great software!

Comments: Great experience. It makes life easier in terms of projects deployments
Best tool for releasing the code pushed and to configure the servers.
Deploying IIS projects can hang up the tool which eventually can hang up all the project deployments on that particular server

Pros: - it is a flexible product, - it is quite easy to work with for basic stuff mostly for the end user - Great customer support
Cons: - Still need to install the product for the admin portion - It is not an intuitive interface, they need to hire an UX specialist - Can get limited rapidly - Some simple feature can take long time to figure out how to use it.
Comments: Great product, easy and would recommend to anyone who's looking for an ITSM tool.

Good product to use with LinkedIn
Comments: So far it has been good. I'm switching to Octopus from a similar software because Octopus can do more.
I love that I can send multiple, automated messages to connect with potential LinkedIn prospects. It works quickly along with Sales Navigator (LinkedIn)
They don't offer any telephone customer service or chat. For me, I would want someone to walk me through training and use of the product, but they offer extensive youtube videos on multiple topics. I'd rather talk with someone real-time to answer questions.
