- **Pricing Details**: FMINCI is sold as a monthly per-user subscription plus a one-off implementation project. The subscription covers use of the software, support, updates and mobile access for every profile; the implementation project covers process analysis, configuration on your own workflows, data migration from spreadsheets or a previous system, team training and assisted go-live, typically over six to ten weeks.

Both figures are quoted together after a 30-minute demo, because the cost depends on variables that differ a lot between companies: how many users of each profile (managers, field technicians, back office), how many sites and assets to control, integrations required with an ERP, a building management system or industrial IoT, and how complex the approval and sector-specific workflows are.

User profiles are priced differently: managers with full access and reporting, field technicians working from the mobile app, and back-office users handling quotes and invoicing.

Annual contracts are available with a discount over the monthly rate. There is no mandatory lock-in beyond the contracted period, and if a customer leaves, their data is exported in standard formats. There is no free self-service trial: an unconfigured maintenance system does not demonstrate anything useful, so evaluation is done on a working demo instead.
