> **Pros**: The ability to collaborate on a tool that has become an essential for the business to operate.  The team have been really helpful when there are bugs and issues spotted to fix and resolve in a timely manner and make improvements. They have listened to feedback and updated to accommodate to speed up our own workflow.

> **Cons**: Some small teething issues in the beginning, but always remedied really quickly.  A chat facility to raise issues might be a way to help resolve.
