> **Pros**: Opsole helped us move existing Windows devices from Active Directory / Hybrid AD Join to Microsoft Entra ID Join without wiping or rebuilding endpoints. The ability to preserve user profiles, applications, local data, and user experience made the migration much easier for both IT and end users.

> **Cons**: The migration process works well, but it does require proper planning before rollout. For larger environments, readiness checks, device grouping, and migration scheduling need to be prepared carefully to get the best results.

> Opsole helped us modernize our endpoint environment without the traditional challenges of device resets, profile recreation, and manual reconfiguration. It reduced downtime, lowered migration effort, and gave us a controlled path toward cloud-managed endpoints with Microsoft Entra ID.
