> **Pros**: The matching feature is flexible, and we can find each other based on career interests and skills rather than just assigning pairs manually. The session tracking gives us clear visibility into which pairs are actually meeting and making progress, without us having to chase people for updates. The support team is responsive and available during our working hours, which matters when you are not based in the US.

> **Cons**: The mobile experience could be smoother — some of our students primarily use their phones and the desktop version works better. Would also like to see more pre-built templates specifically for academic mentorship programmes, though the team has been open to customising when we ask.

> If you are running a mentorship programme at a university or college and currently managing it manually, Mentorgain is worth looking at. It is significantly more affordable than the larger enterprise platforms and does not require months of setup. The team is hands-on during onboarding which helps if you do not have a dedicated tech team on your side.

Coordination, communication and Analytics become very easy with the help of Mentogain.

> The overall experience has been excellent. I’ve had the opportunity to use it both as a mentor and a mentee, and in both roles, it has been seamless and effective. Additionally, managing organization-wide sessions through Mentorgain is smooth and well-structured, making coordination and execution much easier.
