> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt uns das digitale Onboarding. Da rund 90 Prozent unseres Teams remote arbeitet, können wir neue Mitarbeiter damit strukturiert und vollständig aus der Ferne einarbeiten. Die einzelnen Schritte sind klar aufgebaut und die Personalabteilung sieht jederzeit den aktuellen Stand. Dokumente, Ansprechpartner und benötigte Tools sind an einem Ort hinterlegt.

> **Cons**: Einen größeren Nachteil sehen wir aktuell nicht. Für die erstmalige Erstellung neuer Onboarding-Abläufe wären noch mehr fertige Vorlagen hilfreich, zum Beispiel für Datenschutz, interne Prozesse oder kurze Wissensfragen. Das würde die Einrichtung neuer Abläufe noch etwas beschleunigen.

> **Pros**: Das Portal hat mir den Einstieg ins Unternehmen deutlich erleichtert. Im digitalen Onboarding konnte ich selbst nachsehen, welche Schritte noch offen sind und wo ich wichtige Informationen finde. Gleichzeitig habe ich über das Social Intranet schnell mitbekommen, woran andere Teams arbeiten. Besonders gut gefallen mir die Gruppen und der Gruppenchat, weil dort ein echter Austausch stattfindet und nicht nur offizielle Mitteilungen veröffentlicht werden.

> **Cons**: Am Anfang musste ich mich erst zwischen den verschiedenen Gruppen, Beiträgen und Bereichen orientieren. Gerade als neue Mitarbeiterin kommen in den ersten Tagen viele Informationen zusammen. Nach kurzer Zeit wusste ich aber, welche Inhalte und Gruppen für mich wichtig sind.
