> **Pros**: Avant Agendrop, je rappelais mes clients manuellement — ou plutôt, je ne le faisais pas toujours. Depuis l'abonnement, je constate que mon taux de RDV sur les entretiens annuels a nettement augmenté. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable pour ce que ça apporte.

> **Cons**: Agendrop est encore un jeune logiciel, donc certaines fonctionnalités avancées qu'on trouve dans les gros ERP métier ne sont pas encore là. Mais pour ce à quoi il sert — les rappels automatiques et la planification — il fait exactement ce qu'on lui demande.

> Très bonne expérience globale. Le logiciel est simple, bien pensé pour les entreprises de maintenance, et il tient ses promesses. La mise en place est rapide, le support est réactif, et le fait que les SMS partent avec le nom de mon entreprise en expéditeur donne une vraie image professionnelle. Je le recommande à tous les artisans qui ont des contrats d'entretien récurrents.
