Multiple spreadsheets have gone and it makes everything flow from enquiries to pulling everything together for an event and even post event stuff\!

I have yet to find a section I don't like. If I am unsure tge support is great and it is constantly improving.

Running a mobile operation comes with its own chaos, but Caterbase brings real structure without slowing us down. From stock control to prep planning and keeping the team aligned across sites, it’s made everything feel sharper, more organised, and a lot easier to manage day-to-day.

What we really like is that it doesn’t feel overcomplicated,it just works. The team have picked it up quickly, and it’s helped us stay consistent, which is massive when you’re serving busy sites and spinning multiple plates at once.

It’s also given us much better visibility on costs and usage, which is key for protecting margins in a fast-moving setup like ours.

Because of how well it’s working, we’re now rolling Caterbase out across our "Zaks On The Road" franchise network as it grows. Having one system that keeps everyone aligned, consistent, and on brand is huge for us and Caterbase gives us exactly that.

Simple, effective, and built for the reality of hospitality. Big thumbs up from Team Zaks 👍
