I'm a personal trainer and love using this to demonstrate technique cues, form notes, or variations in an exercise. I could tell the video was AI but it was one of the best I've seen honestly as far as quality and it only took some minor tweaking to get it to look the way I wanted. Of course with AI it's not going to be perfect (the muscles in the athlete's legs were....a little peculiar looking haha) but at the end of the day it took a video that would have taken me hours to film and edit using myself as the subject, and was able to create, edit and export in less than 30 minutes. I actually overcomplicated it at first. I would love to have an option to be able to click on and edit individual clips, or edit individual steps in the process, but honestly just using the chat to explain what I wanted to change was so much simpler than I expected.
