> **Pros**: What I like most about Eternal Pro is how well it handles the ongoing nature of estate planning information from intake until post-signing management of digital assets. It makes it much easier to organize client assets, especially digital assets and online information that can otherwise get scattered or outdated. I also appreciate that it feels designed for long-term use, not just as a one-time intake tool.

I found the platform especially helpful for organizing traditional assets alongside digital assets in one place. The ability to capture items like online accounts, crypto, passwords, and other digital property feels thoughtfully designed for the way clients actually live now, rather than the way estate planning software used to work.

> **Cons**: The main limitation is that Eternal Pro is not a complete practice management system, so it still needs to work alongside other software for billing, matter management, and broader office operations. For firms that only need a simple intake solution, it may offer more functionality than they actually need. That said, I have not had any major issues with it so far and am looking forward to future features being rolled out by the company.
