> **Pros**: Everyting is perfect, waiting for my 1st up date, i was rolling until the voice notes went belly up, but I think it will get fixed one day. You are crazy it you do not get this program

> **Cons**: I’ve put about 40 man-hours into this program and I really like it. I think it’s a game changer.&#10;&#10;The microphone was working at the start and then stopped. Voice input is how I work. Without it, typing everything is extremely slow, and I haven’t been able to seriously use the program for five to six days.&#10;I do reach tech support, but it goes to voicemail. When I try to get help through chat, I often think I’m talking to a technician, but I’m really just talking to chat, trying to fix chat. That’s not workable.&#10;&#10;I’m running a business and I also have a job. I don’t have the time to keep typing or guessing. I just need a clear path to live tech support to get the microphone working again.

When voice stopped working, productivity dropped to a crawl. Typing everything feels like going back to the dark ages. On top of that, getting real tech support isn’t easy. Half the time, Kenny thinks he’s reaching support but ends up talking to Page itself, which defeats the purpose when the mic isn’t working.&#10;That said, if Page continues to do what it promises—and it looks like it will—this is a no-brainer. Fix the mic reliability and make support easier to reach, and Page becomes essential.

He does assists me with my issues that I have plus the dashboard is pretty straight forward. The  \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company assisting and conversing me is amazing\!
