> **Pros**: I like the response time, the reports, the alerts, the support both online and by phone. I've had many tickets that they've helped me resolve. Honestly, I've been using Adlumin for 2 years, and I think I'll continue using it; it's been a great help to our company.

> **Cons**: I like that some integrations are easier to connect to the APIs. Some have changed the way they work, so the Adlumin documentation should be updated accordingly, but it's not an impediment to connecting; it just means you have to do more web research.

> Overall, I love it; I have nothing negative to say. The interface, the ease of use, and the control you have with Adlumin, especially when connected to your Microsoft tenant account, make it more interactive.

> **Pros**: It works well, we've never seen anything be able to slip past it. When it does disable something, it's fairly easy to reenable. The notes from support in detections are VERY thorough.

> **Cons**: There is a LARGE number of false positive alerts. We have unblocked/whitelisted/excluded several programs, yet they continue to be blocked. Whenever we call support for assistance, they are usually unhelpful and it feels like we know more than they do about their own product.

> It's fine. It does what it's supposed to mostly. But if you need help or support, you're basically on your own.
