Its onboarding process, product migration and historical data transfer were far more perfect than we expected. At the same time, the real-time inventory sync with our online Shopify store and the ability to use customer profile data have made our work much easier.

> **Cons**: The software is quite powerful and feature-rich, but it took us some time initially to customise some elements of the customer-facing display or interface. In addition, the reporting dashboard takes a few more seconds to load when working with large files or a lot of data.

> We used to use Shopify POS, which was not suitable for our physical store. We had to forcefully deal with many problems for years. As a result of using Vibe Retail, our brick-and-mortar operation is now much more organised, staff training has become easier, and long-standing workarounds have been permanently resolved.

What is commonly referred to as Finance is the provision of instant visibility on immediate margins, liquidity of store assets and cost centres across locations and all without going through sheets of ledger. Financial reports can be generated from the global dashboard. In fact, capital expenditures, cash flow audits are pretty accurate.

> **Cons**: Data-on-platform is solid on computation and high positive multi-entities impact. The historical taxation archival reporting tool is extended with a very powerful filter mechanism but needs to be more responsive. We're fond of the tool, but a simple batch-export workflow for the old balance sheets would help during month-end audits.
