### "How I use Nonverbia (+ Claude) to build a "clone" of myself that writes in my voice" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: Before Nonverbia I tried a couple of other call transcription/analysis tools, but none of them really convinced me. This is the one I feel most comfortable with, and not for just one reason. It's a combination of things that, put together, made me build a real system on top of it, not just use it as an archive of transcripts.

Let's start with the features I use every day exactly as they are, with no automation of mine on top. The skill that prepares the follow-up email to the client right after the call is the one that saves me the most work. Normally that kind of email I only write the day after, with a clear head, but with Nonverbia I have it ready while I still have all the details of the conversation fresh in mind.

I also really like the automatic association of the call to the company I was talking to. It lets me filter the history by client very comfortably, something that with other tools I had to do by hand, renaming files or keeping a separate sheet. This feature is more useful than it sounds, because I don't only use it to search an old call: I feed the filtered calls to my AI agents that work for specific companies, so every agent gets the real context of the conversations had with that company, not a generic summary.

The evaluation Nonverbia gives, both to me and to the client, on the single call, I find it realistic, not the usual inflated report card. It made me notice things about my own behavior that I would not have caught at the moment (dead time, moments where I talk too much instead of letting the client speak), and it's one of the few pieces of feedback I actually use to correct myself, not just read and archive.

On the technical side, the MCP integration was simple. I connected it as a connector and it worked without the usual complications I have to deal with on other services. And the interface is nicely done and functional, you can tell it's built to be used every day, not just to exist.

But the thing I value most, underneath all of it, is the transcription accuracy. It's verbatim enough that I trust it as a source, and that's what let me build something on top with Claude: every night an instance ingests the new calls and extracts the content text based directly from the transcript, my exact words, not a summary. I combine that with the writing style I pull from my own sent emails, and the result is content, posts, drafts, that actually sound like me. None of that would work without a transcription this reliable.

> **Cons**: Nothing really. I've been using it for a while now and honestly haven't run into any real flaws so far.

> I tried a couple of other call transcription/analysis tools before landing on Nonverbia, and it's the one I stuck with. It's not one single feature that sold me, it's that everything (transcription, the follow-up email skill, company filtering, evaluation, interface) is solid enough that I actually trust it, and trusting it is what made me build on top of it instead of just using it as a passive tool.

Day to day, it removes friction I used to accept as normal. The follow-up email used to be something I wrote the next day, from memory, already losing detail. Now it's ready right after the call, while everything is still fresh. Filtering my call history by client used to mean renaming files or keeping a spreadsheet on the side, now it's a click, and that same filtered data is what feeds my AI agents working for specific companies with real context instead of generic summaries. And the evaluation, on me and on the client, is realistic enough that I use it to actually correct habits on future calls, not just to read it once and forget it.

The part that goes beyond day to day use is the system I built with Claude on top of the transcripts. Because the transcription is accurate and verbatim, I could set up a nightly pipeline that reads the new calls and extracts my exact words as content, combined with the writing style I pull from my own sent emails, to produce posts and drafts that sound like me and not like a generic AI summary. I learned the hard way, on an earlier attempt, that if you let a model invent content from style rules alone it sounds fake and can put ideas in your mouth you never said. Anchoring everything to an accurate transcript is what prevents that, and that's the real reason Nonverbia turned, for me, from a transcription tool into infrastructure I depend on every day.
